I just purchased the ISBE Revised for L4 and I can't seem to get it into my L3.

This should work:
Go to https://www.logos.com/user/MyOrders
Assuming you're logged in to Logos with your Logos user ID, you should see your purchase listed. Click on the purchase order number.
On the page that comes up you'll see a line that says: Download Instructions for Previous Versions
Click on that. You should see an confirmation code followed by an "Unlock & Download" button. Click the button and follow the instructions. (Note the button will start a javascript. If you are blocking javascripts from running, nothing will happen. Alternatively, you may be warned about suspicious activity - that's just Windows being overly cautions. Logos scripts are completely safe.)
