Also that this book is published by a company very reluctant against all forms of digital usage doesn't preclude sending it to kindle - it works for me.
Are you sure the "Send to kindle-address" in Logos is the same configured for your device? Moreover: did you allow @logos.com as sender to your kindle? This would need to happen on the Amazon site (go to settings or devices)
I already send 3 other books to my kindle in this way, including complete Bibles that are more heavy than this book
could it be that you exhausted Amazon's limit for documents?
