BUG: L4 Crashes if HTTP connection unavailable

This will be a rare thing I'm sure.

For some reason (perhaps firewall related) I lost the ability to make an HTTP connection. it wasn't a standard wireless signal failure or "limited network connectivity" issue. I've never seen it before, but Google research suggests a firewall issue relating to port 80.

Anyways, L4 crashed on startup - I have "automatic download"  and "use internet" set to "Yes".

I can't reproduce now as I have fixed the HTTP issue.
