Need "latest post" in "Posts you have not read"

http://screencast.com/t/jI8hS2K0opx2
However clicking "posts you have not read" will take you to a listing of the unread posts alright, but there's no "latest post" available.
Can you turn on the "latest post" link for the unread posts view?
Thanks

Curious as to why one would need a "latest post" in that situation.

Because when there are multiple pages and you click on the title of the post it takes you to Post #1 on page 1; and then you have to search for what you haven't yet read only to find out that it's the last two posts on page three. But if you click "latest post" it takes you to the most recent post you haven't read (i.e. post # 57 on page 3).Kevin A. Thomas, while this doesn't exactly deal with your situation, if you click on the time stamp under the "Latest Post" column, it will take you to the last post. You may have to scroll backwards, but most of the threads are short enough that if you go to the end, you're probably pretty close to the last post you read. I'm just realizing, however, that this only work from the "Recent Topics" category on the Home page of the forums. Hmm...I guess it doesn't really solve the problem then.

I'm getting close to just trying to download a trial copy of this forum software and figure it out myself and send in a list of steps to do things like fix this latest post issue. (though I'm positive the admin already knows how to figure it out).

OK I get what you are saying. If you search "unread" you get a list of all the posts you have not read. But what you really want is what other BB software gives and that is a "first unread post" in each one. That would make following the conversations much easier.

Yes that's right Kevin, "first unread post" would make everything function so much better here.Kevin A. Purcell said:But what you really want is what other BB software gives and that is a "first unread post" in each one. That would make following the conversations much easier.

I'm saddened and frustrated.
I know Logos “had” to pick this one because it worked with the same login data/format as the Logos website but wow, what a dog this forum software is compared to so many other possibilities!
I did find one Telligent user (Posted by cnsanford

You are to be commended for telling us that which Logos has not!
