Logos: Why is the Indexer being run when L4 starts

OK, this has been happening for a while, but could you please explain why it is happening. Are these instances below due to an error somewhere?

What does the Indexer log say for each of those cases?

          #1 is the first startup of B7, then I closed it and produced #2.
