Today Logos won't open at all. I tried to download and install the free Logos 6 core engine, but it didn't do anything. 1641.LogosLogs.jonbloom.20150707-231543.zip
What do you mean, "will not open"? Is it not opening or is it crashing? If it is crashing, you will need to enable and post logs (you don't have logging enabled... at least not according to the logs provided). See my signature line for instructions. Are you on Mac? If so, and if you properly downloaded and installed the updated engine, did you try opening it from the applications folder? If that isnt working, you will likely need to contact customer service by phone.
Well, I think you helped me solve the problem. Last night even after following the instructions, Logos wasn't opening with from the Icon on the pop-up menu or from the applications folder. But I just tried it again, and now it's opening from the applications folder. I'm sure I did something wrong. But it's working now. Thanks!
