Just got the mac engine, am an existing user, but cannot for the life of figure out what my confirmation code is to register and use logos. Help?

I'm not sure about the Mac, but when I purchase a download, there is a confirmation number after the purchase that you are told to copy for record purposes. I don't copy because they email me promptly with this information. You could log-in at logos and look at your account summary and it may be there too. Hope this helps you.

Your Confirmation Code is something that you got when you first registered the software on either a Mac or PC. If you have Libronix installed on another computer currently, you can find the Confirmation Code by going to Help < About Libronix DLS (on a PC) or to Libronix DLS < About Libronix DLS (on a Mac) and you will find your Customer ID as well as your Confirmation Code in there.
However, if you do not have Libronix installed on any other computer currently, it would be best to contact support either by phone at 800-875-6467 (Monday-Friday 6am-5pm Pacific Time) or by email at macsupport@logos.com

This is wrong. There is no confirmation code under the about - only who it is licensed to.
Paul just to clarify, which version are you looking at....the information in this thread is a year old and doesn't refer to the current Logos 4 MAC.

The post that was originally written by Cliff was posted in our Libronix/Logos 3 forum prior to the launch of Logos 4. Activation was handled differently in Libronix/Logos 3 than it is in Logos 4. In Libronix/Logos 3, you needed a Customer ID and Confirmation Code to activate the software, whereas in Logos 4, you need your email address & password you use to logon to our website with. Since that is the case, the only information that will show up in the About section in Logos 4 is who the software is licensed to. If you are running Libronix/Logos 3 and do not see a Confirmation Code, the best thing to do would be to get in touch with our Customer Support team and they will be able to assist you with getting your software activated.
