installing on new computer

I have a licensed copy of Logos version 3 on my laptop and I am going to purchase a new laptop, how do I transfer the software from one computer to another? I do have the installation CDs. The postings I have found are for version 4 and wasn't sure if the same procedure can be used with earlier versions.

You don't need any special transfer procedure for installing on another computer with L3. The simplest way is to install from the DVD and update it from there. OR, install it from the web http://www.logos.com/support/downloads/ldls and then run the DVD's through to copy your book files to the new computer's hard drive.

Run the installer from here: http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe
