Can I please launch the L4 without downloading 7.6GB of resources?

Please is that so much to ask?

I'm running Windoz 7 under VMware fusion and have my resources folder shared. All I want to do is Launch L4 and point to the shared resources folder on the Mac only to use 7.6 GB instead of 15.2.

I'm not sure about this but on the PC you can hold down the ctrl key (until a sign on screen appears) when launching then you can click work offline.

If I remember right VM has a key combo that is equivalent to the win ctrl key.

You could also unplug from the network and it will show the same screen.

Hi, due to the nature of indexing and customization of resources for each user, L4 does not allow for shared folders.

Yea, Those were the first thing I tried. It still launches a download window and tries to download. Even after turning wifi off it still tries to connect.
