"Swipe to Highlight" Question

The swipe to highlight is very helpful.  However, the default options for highlighter or palette that it uses is not the palette that I use.  I typically use solid colors.  Is there a way to change the default palette that is used in swipe to highlight?  See screen shot below.  The arrows are pointing to what I want to change.
