Indexer stopped during Logos 4 DVD install on laptop that never had Logos 4 installed on it and did have Logos 3 installed on it (see attached for details).

Tried several things to get it to work but it's still dead in the water.

Anyone have suggestions?

It looks like the system is having problems reading some files in " C:\Users\Tim\Documents\Libronix DLS\Timelines". If you have that folder (or a parent folder) in your LDLS3 Resource Paths, try removing it from the LDLS3 Resource Paths list and re-running Logos 4.

(Another user reported a very similar bug, which will be fixed in Beta 2.)

    That worked.

    • launched LDLS 3
    • Removed "C:\Users\Tim\Documents\Libronix DLS" from the resource path
    • Closed LDLS 3
    • Launched LDLS3 so it would discover resources
    • When it was done discovering ressources I closed LDLS 3
    • Launched LDLS 4 and did not crash like it did before
    • After 25 minutes it displayed the LDLS 4 desktop and it has resources in the library
    • Now the fun begins

Thank you Bradley - for this fix and the loooooooooonnnnnnnnnnggggggggg hours you and the whole Logos team are putting in to help us minister God's word to His people and the lost world.  We really appreciate it.
