Missing Serial # on DVD Installation

I just received a DVD with updated Library Resources and when I install it on Libronix - when I try and synchronize the Licenses - I get a Verification screen under Account Management that is prompting me for a Serial # (see screen shot). I have tried entering my Account ID, userid and nothing seems to work. There was no Serial # on the DVD or package invoice - so I'm not sure which Serial # it is looking for. Can anyone offer any help - pending the Technical Support Team being available on Monday?

No guarantee this will work, but you could try it.

Go to:https://www.logos.com/user/MyOrders and click on your order for the DVD.

Look to see if there are any instructions there for you there.There could be something that helps you get started. Probably not a serial number - but you never know.

It's likely that there will be a downloadable file there, and if you have a broadband connection you could download it from the web site directly - in which case your DVD becomes a backup, rather than installation disk.
