I just received a DVD with updated Library Resources and when I install it on Libronix - when I try and synchronize the Licenses - I get a Verification screen under Account Management that is prompting me for a Serial # (see screen shot). I have tried entering my Account ID, userid and nothing seems to work. There was no Serial # on the DVD or package invoice - so I'm not sure which Serial # it is looking for. Can anyone offer any help - pending the Technical Support Team being available on Monday?
