This book is typically more expensive than it should be, but that is what you get with Oxford Press. Otherwise, it is gold. The authors are from Calvin College, so that may tell you something.

I wonder if its in Logos? If not, I know Logos has a relationship with OUP. Shouldn't be too big of an ordeal to get it into the ecosystem.
