Won't load up

I'm back to the same problem I had several years ago that caused me to give up on Logos.Till this year when I got notified that I hadn't been on and needed the new version. It was working fine till this week. Now it won't load up and says it quits unexpectedly. Suggestions? I may have to find the phone number and call tech support again. Really don't understand what's going on. I have version 6. THANKS

A few questions:
Are you running the El Capitan OS beta? Apple made changes in Beta 3 that broke several application, including Logos.
Are you starting from the Dock? There was a previous problem with this which was fixed in 6.4 SR-2 (I think), but you will need to start from the Application folder and then replace the Dcok icon.
There should be more questions, but I can't think of them right now.

I don't know about El Capitan. I have OS X whatever the current version is. I have done all the updates. I place it in my dock but occasionally it disappears and I have to go to finder again and click on logos there to bring it back up. This week it disappeared from the dock again and when I click on it in finder it gives me "OOPS! Logos quit unexpectedly in a large square with garbly goop on the page and doesn't go into the dock. I can't find logos in my download folder either. I tried going back to the e-mail earlier this year where I was sent the link but it is no longer working. I'm going to call tech support later today after I wake up. THANKS! I just looked and I have OS X Yosemite.

That may be best. If you decide to get help in the forums, we can try to walk you through downloading the updated engine and/or providing logs.

For clarification: It is important to always provide accurate information. "Yosemite" refers to five different versions of OS X. (OS X 10.10.0 - 10.10.4). Likewise, when talking about the logos engine, you need to be specific. The current version of Logos is 6.4, SR-3 ("SR" stands for "service release").
Currently, there are two significant issues which can cause mac users significant problems. The first is that a change in Logos necessitated a rebuilding of the dock icon, else the app wouldn't open. A newer version of the app fixed the issue, but depending upon which version of the app users have installed, we can guess at the problem. Likewise, there is a known (now) issue with the BETA version of the NEXT version of OS X (10.10.5 aka. "El Capitan"). Faithlife doesnt support their apps on beta operating systems. Unfortunately a number of Mac users have updated to the new beta version of "El Capitan," making Logos inoperable.
When users say they are using "the current version," it indicates that they may not actually know which version they are running... which means they may not actually know if it is "current."
