Hi Michael! Good to see you again. [:)]
I dont "use it with Logos," but I like evernote. The iPhone and iPad apps are very good, as is the desktop and online experience.

I second Evernote.
Plain old (?) MS Word is hard to beat but takes more organization.
For preaching/teaching I often convert notes to PDF and then use File Pro on my iPad. I like File Pro because I can swipe quickly among PDF documents without losing my place in any document. I have my notes in one document and relevant Scriptures in another and any language translation notes (used in non-English speaking countries) in a third. With very little practice I can swipe...swipe...swipe and seldom get lost.

I find OneNote useful -- I've tried Evernote in the past, but it's much more limited in it's formatting, depth of outlining, and it's interaction with Office at large. If you already own Office, or you subscribe to Office 365, then you already have OneNote. If you'd like more information, I'll be glad to pass along information.
