Missing Prepub
Some time ago I ordered Textual Studies on the New Testament (8 vols) as a Prepub.
It looks as this is now a released product, but I have yet to receive it. It is still listed as an outstanding Prepub in my account.
What is the situation with this?

Normally when a prepub is released you will receive an email informing you that it is available for download and they charged the prepub amount to your card. If you did not receive that you should contact customer service

I received confirmation of my Prepub order, and notification it was expected to ship in March. I did not receive the usual 'available for download' email as I have for other Prepubs when they were released, so assumed it had been delayed. Only when checking today did I notice it had apparently been released.
i guess I need to find out how to contact customer service by email.

Hi,
Speaking to customer services it appeaes that (in chronological order):
I placed a community pricing bid on Textual Studies.
I upgraded to a base package that included Textual Studies (to be delivered when available).
A prepub order was generated when the community bid was accepted.
I was notified when the prepub would be available and my card would be charged.
The prepub was delivered as part of the base package.
The prepub order remained on my account as I had already received the product from the base package. I was not charged, as I had effectively paid with the base package upgrade.
Apparently I can delete the still open prepub order from my outstanding prepubs without causing any problems.
I hope you can follow and understand my confusion?
