6.5 Beta 2 No information from Information Icon

I get a number in the blue circle but I cannot get any information by hovering or clicking on the circle.

Additional information:

The circle currently has a 1 in it. The only thing seemingly going on is a library catalog update.

Attached is the only log file being generated today.
