Logos 6.5 Beta 2 "quitting," can't see taskbar

I noticed some odd behavior with this new beta:

1. When I go to another application, Logos appears to drop out of the taskbar. So when I click on my alias, the starting logos reappears. But then it goes to the resources that I was previously viewing.

2. While in Logos now, I cannot drag my mouse to the bottom of the screen to view my taskbar for running applications. Nothing happens at all until I Alt-Tab to another application.

Nothing fatal here, but very unexpected.

I'm in Windows 8.1 Pro on a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro.

I've been experiencing this since Windows 8 was released. I assumed it was because I was running StartIsBack, but Logos is the only application this happens with.
