Sync v2 fully implemented? (Titles, ratings, etc?)

Has sync v2 been fully implemented across the entire iOS app yet?  I find that many facets of my library do not correctly sync yet, primarily ratings, customized titles, prioritizations, and sometimes "recently used" books.

    Syncing from mobile to...?

I'll assume Desktop - ratings and customized titles sync perfectly for me.  There is no "Recently Used" on Desktop but the Last Access syncs with "Sort by Recent" on mobile.  Resource prioritization sync from Desktop is not supported on mobile.

Please remember that to fully sync on an iPhone/iPad one has to tap the device's Home button to put the app in the background, and then bring the app back into the foreground.

From desktop to mobile.  I have a ton of books on desktop that are rated and have custom titles, but most of those aren't reflected on the mobile side.  Those ratings and titles have been in place for months or years, so they aren't recent changes that just haven't synced yet.

Also, sorting by "Recent" doesn't always work consistently for me on mobile.  There are books that I had opened within the last couple of weeks (on this mobile device) that were WAY down the list below books that have not been opened recently on any of my devices or on my desktop.

EDIT: This question was more curiosity than anything.  I had just assumed that sync v2 had yet to be implemented in some areas.  None of this is a major problem for me, just an annoyance/inconvenience.
