Hello All,
Like most of you here, I'm a long time customer of Libronix/Logos, and I'm an avid user of Logos. For years I have done my own reading lists, but I decided that I want to try to setup a reading plan in Logos 6 and read from the computer this time around instead of the traditional way I have done things, just to try something new. I have known about reading lists for several years now, but I have finally decided to start to try to use the reading plan tool here in the software if I can get it to do what I want to do.
My desire is to create a reading list for the bible of my choice, so that I can read it thru in a year, and I would like for it to generate morning and evening readings for me, as I want to break up my bible readings into two daily periods so I have more time to digest what I'm reading without feeling rushed to "get done". The problem is, I'm not seeing any way to have a morning and evening devotional reading, and so I can only have a single day's section of reading. I do realize I could manually just mentally split things up in my head, but quite honestly I have no desire to track this in my head, which is why I'm doing the reading plan, or else I wouldn't have any need/desire for a reading plan. So I wanted to ask you all if I am missing a setting that would allow for that, or is that just not possible presently with the reading plan tool? If it is not possible, are there other workarounds that will give me the same effect? I really would like a tool that can automate and manage my reading, but if I cannot have separate morning and evening readings, then I might need to stick with my manual process that I have already. Any thoughts anyone?
Thanks in advance for your time and help, and may God bless us all as we read and study His Word!
