BUG: odd division between reference and cited ....

1. Why doesn't works cited have anything except Logos resources ... it had a longer list then painted over it.

2. Why doesn't works cited recognize that self-references belong under references not cited ... and yes I do want them.

    Works Cited only displayed citations that are tagged in some way. If the non-Logos-resource links weren't tagged as biblio links, they will not appear. This is a known limitation of the tool.

    The "Book of Concord" references do appear under references. These aren't Book of Concord references.
