I just saw the Logos Pro video on using interactive resources and tried to use them. I opened several and they do not display properly. There are just lots of random colors in dots and lines or a small black square. What do I need to do?
Welcome to the Forums Pamela.
Have you restarted the computer?
If so, check the manufacturers website for updated drivers.
Logs might help us to understand what has happened. See the Mac Logs link in my signature. What version of Logos? What version of the Mac OS?
I am also experiencing this on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) running Yosemite 10.10.4 (the latest, non-beta OS X). I wonder if it is a mac-related bug, or is this a Logos Now feature, or a feature that is not available unless one has certain datasets (I only have the free engine for 6, as I was not in a financial position to do anything additional when 6 came out). The blog post and accompanying video were not clear in this regard (or perhaps the video was; I only watched to see where the feature was located, tried it, and discovered that the interactive resources doesn't even show up for me; I'm pretty sure that I should have at least the weights/measures interactive, so I'm guessing that this is a bug and that I'm supposed to have that interactives menu available).

Restarting solved my problem.

And that is the reason you do not have any of the interactives—see, for example, https://www.logos.com/product/45503/weights-and-measures-converter
Those prices are dynamic prices for me. Your levels will vary.
