Add "Notes" from "Clippings" Files.

If notes in a note file could be added by inserting "cards" from a clippings file, then the note file could be used as an outlining tool for reasearch orientated writing. (similar to Biblioscape).
As a secondary option... if a note file could export "bibliography only", then notes & citations could be dynamically used for multiple projects, while being filed in single, logic & simple locations. (ie: not need to be re-highlighted & re-imported into multiple clippings/notes files.)
