BUG: Purchased resources not downloading onto Mac

Good evening all,
I have noticed that all resources purchased during the last month have not downloaded to my iMac. They are available on my iPad, but don't appear in my IMac library. I have run the "Update resources" under tools with no luck.

the problem is most probably somewhere on your machine or in the connection to Logos. I personally am not capable of helping you along much, but the Mac-specialists among the users will need more info to get an idea where the issue is.
You should look up the instructions on https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/report-problem or the Mac-relevant section on http://wiki.logos.com/diagnostic_logging and generate diagnostic logs - we will need the logos.log file to see what happens when you run the update resources command.

I'll ask the annoying but obvious first question...
Are you sure that the iMac is logged in and that both iMac and iPad are logged into the same account?
