Am I correct in saying that the cited by tool is not on the Ipad app, or did I miss it? Any plans for including it?

You are correct.
Any plans for including it?
FL generally doesn't comment on future features or timetables. You are very likely to receive a suggestion to voice your support on the uservoice site.

On the one hand, since this tool needs to access entire libraries, and most users don't download entire libraries to their mobile device, I can see why this tool might not be considered an important addition to the app.
On the other hand, the cited by tool is potentially one of the most useful and powerful tools in the app. I would certainly vote for its inclusion into the app.

FL shows no intention of making the mobile app "fully functional " on a local level, but that doesn't mean it couldn't be accomplished "in the cloud." I think at some point we will see more and more features available when online. FL is moving this direction with the web app.
