New resource missing; "Update resources" oddity

I purchased the Lexham Bible Guide: Titus on Friday (Jul 31). Today I went to see if it was in my library, and it was not. So I did an explicit "update resources". A number of other updates to existing resources and data sets were pending, so those downloaded and indexed. The Titus resource was still not there. So I did "update resources " again. L6 found some kind of update, 9.6MB, and downloaded it. The yellow "preparing library" bar showed briefly, but then went away (along with the blue icon with a "1" in it). The new resource still was not listed in my library. I repeated the "update resources" command, and the results were identical: 9.6MB, a very brief "preparing library", no indexing took place, and the resource wasn't there. Also, nothing is listed as new or updated on the Home page.
I've re-run the "update resources" command twice with logging enabled (see attached). The behavior again was identical. I'm not sure why it continues to find 9.6MB of updates yet the resource is not listed in my library.
Any ideas? I need to use this resource ASAP, and it would be nice to know what's going on with that repeated 9.6MB download that doesn't actually seem to add or update anything.
Thanks,
Donnie

The log shows "DiscoveryUpdateStage Resource 'Resource LLS:LBG77TIT' can not be identified. Unable to discover." So there are problems with this Titus resource after being downloaded twice via "update resources".
It appears there is nothing you can do until Faithlife fix it.

It shows up on my iPad. That's not too bad a use of it for now.
It sounds like I'm going to have to contact Faithlife directly to get this corrected, right?
Thanks,
Donnie

It's not quite clear to me what is going wrong, but I think you can clear up the problem by moving the following file to your desktop: C:\Other Programs\Logos\Data\o1kodafu.gsg\ResourceManager\logos\Identified.db
Make sure that logging is enabled and run the application and use the "update resources" command again and allow the resource to download. This will recreate the file that was moved, and should get things working again. If it doesn't, please post the resulting log file.

That did the trick. Thank you very much.
Dave and Graham - thanks for your replies, too. You can add Andrew's trick to your (long) list of troubleshooting tips.

Oh, dear.... Re-index, re-install + delete the correct "Identified" database[:D]
