Could someone who has the Interactive Resource: Counting the Ten Commandments please check to see if their tool is also blank. Mine worked in the past (not sure how long ago), but now it is simply blank.

"Fixed bug that caused the INTERACTIVE:PSALMS-BROWSER-ES and INTERACTIVE:PSALMS-BROWSER to open up as blank. This is fixed in the new resource version: 2015-07-20T18:19:35Z."
RC1 has just been released which suggests the stable version shouldn't be too far away.
As it is a resource update you might try the "update resources" command - but I don't know if it depends on code in 6.5
At least this probably explains what is going on.

I had the problem of the OP with Ten Commandments interactive, so I manually deleted the resource. It worked after being downloaded but the version was the same at 29 Oct 2014!
I'm on 6.5 RC1, so don't know if the same manual/technical process would succeed but "update resources" likely wouldn't work!?

So not the updated one but much more recent than the one you got
I'll try an "update resources" on it later and see what happens.
There were some updates pending on that system - I don't use it all that frequently - and when I had downloaded them the Explorer was updated to the most recent version[:)]

Sarel - could be with checking what version you have. But you might need the 6.5 code to fix the issue.

Yes, apart from my Psalm Explorer running slowly (a known issue) it is working fine.

I attempted this. I deleted the file and Logos downloaded it again. It is still not working. Interestingly I also only have the 29 Oct 2014 version. Not sure what is wrong. I remember looking at this tool when I first got version 6 and it worked then. This is the first time I tried to open it again, so not sure when or why it "broke".
I will wait for the 6.5 update (if I remember correctly it's release is planned for 10 August) to see what happens. I am running 6.4 SR3- 6.4.0.0065 and, as stated above, my resource version is 29 Oct 2014.
The interactive was blank initially on Laptop 6.4 SR-3 but worked after "Update resources"; which didn't provide an update as it still has version 29 Oct 2014. But then I'm missing one resource overall, so i restart Logos, wait for the Library Catalog to finish updating and open the Interactive - which is blank!
There is a CEF error so i'll add the log

Interesting: I have a Logos installation on a 10 inch Laptop which I use every now and then when I am away from my pc. It is the same installation I have on my PC, the only difference is that I have not updated it in a few weeks (it also runs 6.4.0.0065) and Counting the Commandments works perfectly. There is a few updates that must be downloaded. I am going to run the update and see what happens.
More interesting: Dave Hooton, R. Mansfield, do any of you recently acquired the free book: "Top Ten Leadership Commandments" by Hans Finzel? I got mine last week. My 10 Inch laptop only downloaded one resource: "Top Ten Leadership Commandments" and then the Counting the Ten Commandments resource also went blank.
I know this sounds improbable, but could it be that this resource has something to do with the problem?

This fix is only for the Psalms Browser Interactive resource.
We have not shipped an update for the Ten Commandments interactive since October that's why you are not able to update the resource.
I am able to reproduce this issue with the Ten Commandments interactive and will create a case to get it fixed! [:)]

I updated to 6.5.0.0027 and the interactive Tool: Counting the Ten Commandments are fixed.
