Logos 6 cannot launch in Mac

I have been off internet for some days and now my Logos 6 won't launch on my Mac. I tried launching it from the App folder, and nothing happens. I know there have been some discussion on this elsewhere, but nothing seems to work for me. Should I reinstall Logos?

Hi Lim Kar,

I'm sorry for the trouble. Can you please post log files of the crash? You'll need to set up the logging and replicate the behavior first. Then post the logs here

If you enabled logging correctly, and if Logos is "crashing," you would have had a logos.log file. The crash file is from a 5.x build last year.

Please go to your applications folder and right click on the Logos app, then "get info." I am interested to see which version of the app you have installed. Also, what version of OS X are you running?

It's not a case of "crashing". Logos won't even launch. When Iclick on it from the Application folders, nothing happens.

Weird. Delete the app from the applications folder and download the engine again. Your data files and resources will remain in place. You can download the engine via this link: https://www.logos.com/product/46767/logos-6-core-engine#requirements

Let me also recommend this solution. After upgrading to El Capitan 10.11.1 Logos wouldn't launch. Downloading the DMG and re-installing fixed it.
