Is there any way to cancel a search that is clearly not doing what I want or is taking forever and not producing any results? I suppose I could close the search window. But what if I just want to make a modification of the search criteria?

I've found with a Bible search, at least, just edit the search word and hit enter 2x and it stops and restarts on the new word - if your fast enough

I just did it with g:logos then changed to g:logoi - of course the later returned 0 because it isn't a lemma - but it did stop it.

Beyond closing the window I don't think so.
