Logos will not start after update

I just did an update and Logos required a re-start. Once restarted, I tried to open Logos and just get an error popup with the Logos logo and a choice to press "Yes" or "No." If I press 'no', nothing happens. If I press 'yes,' I get another message that says "Logos Bible Software is up to date."
I'm running Windows 10, if that helps. It was running fine on Win 10, before update.

Hi Rodney,
Can you replicate the behavior and gather new set of Event Viewer logs? After Logos crashes open the Event Viewer (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-event-viewer#1TC=windows-7) and navigate to Windows Logs>Application. It might take a while for the window on the right to populate.
Once it does, look for error messages, and please copy and paste the text from those messages to a Text file and send it to me. Please also send me the text from any adjacent messages where they source is Windows error Reporting. Alternatively you can select the error messages and any adjacent messages together, select the “Action” menu and select “Save selected events.” Then attach the files to a reply post.

Tommy,
I cleared the application logs, closed the event logs, tried a few times to start Logos. Re-opened event logs, but the window never populates with an error, or a log at all.

I just did a system restore to before the Logos update. When trying to open Logos, it would just loop in a Windows crash error. I'll send the event files for that and the fresh update. The pertinent logs are basically after 9:02 am today
Then, Logos asked to update, over and over. I finally approved. Now Logos starts correctly with the 6.5 update. Whew! I use Logos every day for various things and that was throwing my routine all out of whack!
Thanks,
Rodney
