How do I go about finding this answer using Logos 6?

My first though is to use the Timeline tool, but you can also do Basic search in say a collection of your handbooks, as this topic would most certainly be treated in handbooks. A quick search on "creation NEAR date" in my handbooks collection yielded discussions in the MacArthur Bible Handbook, Hayford's Bible Handbook and Josh McDowell's Handbook on Apologetics.

A tool isn't going to help you with that. You will need to find resources which deal with the subject. Your views on theology and biblical interpretation will have to guide your answer.
