I cannot log in on my tablet (samsung tab pro 8.4, android 5). I can login on my phone.
On tablet, if i enter the right password, it simply goes back to login window. If I enter the wrong password, it tells me it is wrong.
Any idea?
You might try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that takes care of the issue.
That didn't work. Any other ideas?
I suggest you call our support department to confirm you are using the correct username/password combination. I don't have access to that information.
