Not sure what to call this, but the screenshot should explain. I moved the Christology Note file to the blue location. Long after I released the mouse button, it remained blue. Even after I floated the panel that was previously in this location, Christology remained blue.
Nothing I can do short of restarting the application will make the blue go away.
UPDATE: Dragging another panel onto the blue one will restore color to normal.
