Sync Problems

Whenever I sync I always get an exclamation point in the middle of the spinning arrows.

I also am not able to add anything to my PBBs.

Maybe the two problems are connected?

This seems to have just cropped up after I upgraded to Windows 10.

Any help would be appreciated.

There appears to be a problem with a Visual filter (ones you create from the Documents menu). Changing or deleting the last one you worked with should fix the Sync error.

I deleted all the visual filters I could find from this year in the Documents and the red exclamation point still shows up in the update arrow circle. Any other suggestions would be welcome! Thanks!
