Logos not opening after Windows 10 update

After clicking on shortcut to open, I get the following:

WerFault.exe - Application Error

 The instruction at 0x00007FF86AF60000 referenced memory at 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. The memory could not be read. 

 Click on OK to terminate the program

Has anyone else run into this?

werfault.exe is Windows Error reporting system.

I installed Windows 10 and had no issues.
