Bug - Opening in Full Screen doesn't

Warning - OSX beta (but probably not relevant)

Running Logos in 'Full Screen' and open at Home Page.

Click on icon to open Layout and...

I did notice that the floating panels associated with this layout opened in a separate space albeit on the same monitor - this is a great improvement over opening behind a panel in 'Full Screen'.

The situation is recoverable by coming out of 'Full Screen' at which point the layout expands to fill the screen and then re-entering 'Full Screen' but now, of course the workspace has been repositioned.

I have seen this previously, and think I reported it... maybe? In any case, I can affirm the behavior at least sporadically.

Still here in Beta 3

and now it seems all my floating windows open up to full screen just be cause the main box is running that way. :-(

There is an open case for this issue.

This is controlled by Apple's windowing system and we may not be able to work around it.
