Maybe because they haven't been released for the mobile platforms, maybe the licensing agreements Faithlife have with the publishers don't permit it.
Are there specific resources you are seeing this with?

A few books on theology like Robert Dabney and an Amplified Version of the Bible for starters. They all show up on my pc but that's windows. I thought it my be an issue like that or a license issue maybe.

I was just curious. Not everything is compatible these days. Especially in electronics.

Might want to call customer service because The Amplified Bible (AMP) should definitely be available on your tablet.

Your right Dan the AMP Bible is there but that is it. 2 books on Westminster Confessions and Catechisms, Robert Dabny Systematic Theology, Romans Commentary by Robert Haldane and a few more. I forgot about the AMP Bible, I thought I had bought it through Logos. Yea, I guess I'll call customer service about the others. Thanks for pointing out about the Amplified Bible though. It's probably because the AMP Bible is sold on Logos and the other books are not. That's more than likely what it is. Thanks a lot Dan.

With "Robert Dabny Systematic Theology", do you mean this: https://www.logos.com/product/32391/syllabus-and-notes-of-the-course-of-systematic-and-polemic-theology ? and with Haldane's Romans Commentary this: https://www.logos.com/product/38394/exposition-of-the-epistle-to-the-romans-with-remarks-on-the-commentaries-of-dr-macknight-professor-moses-stuart-and-professor-tholuck ?
(both work for me in Logos on my Android phone)
Or do you have some other works with the same content (maybe from E4 ?)
PB's wouldn't work on mobile, too, but those you would not have brought from Libronix to L6, since from L4 onward Logos uses a totally different format for PBs. Buzt if you were building them yourself some time in the past and forgot, then you can save yourself the call to CS.
