Sort of resolved BUG: originallySearch question re: milestones, datatypes, author

Given

[[John Chrysostom, Homilies on the Gospel of St. Matthew 2 >> logosres:hmlsstjhnchrystm0708;ref=Chrysostom.Hom._Matt._2]]

Why won't

[[@Chrysostom:Hom. Matt. 2]] return any results

nor can I get the au+ format to work

However,the context menu generates <Chrysostom = John Chrysostom, Homilies on Matthew 2> which does work.

Running Verbum 6.6 Beta 26.6.0.0024 in Wind 10 this will give no response - no indication the command is recognized. Other searches perform correctly.

[[@Chrysostom:Hom. Matt. 2]] works for me i.e. in the reference box it appears as

Chrysos., Hom. Matt. 2

and the PB index entry is

John Chrysostom

Make sure the Matt. 2 part is not a hyperlink!

This is a PB syntax, not a search syntax!

If you're searching for a milestone, you should use:

{Milestone <Chrysostom = John Chrysostom, Homilies on Matthew 2>}

{Milestone <Chrysostom = Chrysos., Hom. Matt. 2>}

Oddly this (incomplete) format works:

Nothing of the <aut+ ...> format from https://wiki.logos.com/Author_Datatypes appears to work for Chrysostom.

This is a PB syntax, not a search syntax!

Right you are .. given the path I took in the wiki I failed to note the change in datatype: search and datatype: personal book. Reading it correctly makes it clearer if still a bit muddle re: short and long forms in terms of what actually must be used.
