Position in Library changes after adding tags to a resource

As shown in the screencast at http://screencast.com/t/V2VWuPGf adding tags to a resource in the library causes the library to scroll so that the resource is then at the top.

I think this is new - though I seem to remember something similar in the past.

Is this actually new and, if so, it is intended?

Personally I don't like this behaviour

Good question.

It was sorted by "Last updated"

I guess that could maybe explain the entry moving to the top of the library but it wouldn't explain it just scrolling to the top of the current window

This behaviour was present in earlier versions, but was fixed. I can't reproduce it in Beta 2

Just to flag this is still present in beta 3 - it doesn't happen everytime but is still present.
