I was promised the $25 and a free webinar on July 15, neither of which I have received yet. I called Customer Service once and was transferred to the Sales Rep who handled the upgrade. He said he was looking into it, but hasn't responded to my queries regarding an update in a couple of weeks.
I'm not upset that I upgraded, as I would have done it eventually, but I wouldn't have done it at that particular time had it not been for the promised goodies.
I'm planning to call Customer Service again, but first wanted to see if anyone here knows something I don't.
