Couple of issues with Factbook "Referred to as" section

As the screenshot below shows, results are not returned in order and there are some duplicate entries (I think I have seen an earlier report of this)

There are more duplicates than shown in the screenshot

And its not just for this entry. For "Jericho" I get the same issues.
