This doesn't work for me.
Both word selection and hover now have much the same faded blue colour (the former appears to be slightly darker). It barely stands out from my Very Light Grey resource background.
The "Update on click" leaves me wondering what word I actually clicked and has its problems when dismissing the Context menu (by clicking).
Please revert the colour scheme for selection.
