NIV SB and Greatest Sermons and Tagging Expectations

Hello Everyone, I had a question that I was hoping you could weigh in on. In the last two days I downloaded both the NIV Zondervan Study Bible Notes as well as Greatest Sermons Ever Preached.
My expectations when I bought them was that since they are new resources they would both be completely tagged and integrate seamlessly into my searches and passage guides. However, as I do experiments with searching them that doesn't appear to be the case. Some seem to appear as search results and others don't. I am not trying to start a gripe session against Logos tagging and I really hope this thread doesn't turn into that, I'm simply asking if:
a) am I doing something wrong with my searches and that's why these resources aren't returning hits I think they should?
or
b) are my expectations for tagging too high? (I can understand that maybe the sermons I show aren't 100% about those verses and that's why they don't show, but I'm most concerned about the media results in NIVZ SB).
or
c) does Logos need to revisit these resources?
Here are some examples of what I was trying to do:
Charts
Table of Contents shows many types of charts
Wildcard Chart Search returns 2 hits
Articles
NIVZ SB shows lots of articles, but when I search in Topic Guide or Factbook, none of these articles appear as a hit under a tagged "Topic" (It's hard to show a picture of the results not returning)
Sermons
This sermon doesn't appear in the results
Nor does this one
Thanks for your help.

Ryan, I will only comment on "Sermon."
I believe that Logos is tagging sermon books, but that it is a continuing process and that there are [many] that have not yet been tagged?
But I do not know if your resource is on that group of tagged sermon resources.
As to the newly released Zonderan NIV Study Bible, I too, would like some guidance as to an effective way to search for Charts, Articles, etc. [or for such material to show up in a Search].

Anybody else? I'm especially curious about your thoughts about wildcard searches only showing up two charts. I ask because I'm debating returning these items (something I've never done before) and would like to know if I'm off base on this or if it's a realistic expectation to have them tagged (or maybe I'm just doing the search wrong)??

A Media Search only finds images.
In the Logos edition of the NIV Zondervan Study Bible, most of the "charts" aren't encoded as images, but as textual tables. This allows you to hover over Bible references, select and copy/paste the table to Word, right-click and search, etc. We feel this is a much more usable and useful format, even if it doesn't appear in Media Search.
Some of the other charts are tagged as "Timelines" (e.g., logosres:nivzndrvnstbbl;ref=Bible.Is1.9) or "Diagrams" (e.g., logosres:nivzndrvnstbbl;ref=Bible.Nu35.4-5) instead, because that more accurately reflects their content.

Ah Ha [I] Okay, I got it. Makes sense. While I wish there was an easy way to use a search so that I could find these charts (instead of them getting lost in the noise), I agree that this way is probably more useful. I will be keeping both books.
Thanks for taking the time to respond and explain the thinking Bradley. I really appreciate it.
