(PROGRAM FREEZE) - Logs attached.

All today I have found my Logos freezing, beach balling, either in scrolling or in adding notes. I have restarted several times, but it not helpled.

I have attached my logs, I am hoping I did it right.... 3223.LogosLogs.miketourangeau.20150909-143409.zipAny help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I appear to be having the same problem. It started after the update this morning to the latest version. I think it maybe an issue with the syncing feature. Mine freezes when I go to copy and paste. I'm running windows 10 though. Please let me know if my error log is needed.

Mike's logs seem to indicate that the root of his problem is with synching. If the problem persists after FL reports the Notes Synch upgrade completed, give us some more details and logs.

i am seeing this on my Windows 8.1 as well. In L6.5 SR-1 it freezes when i use the Right-Click menu. Per Jack's response it seems that what ever is happening during the Right-Click (notice the progress indicator in the image below) may be associated with sync'ing.

But fortunately for me, my primary Logos version is L5. It doesn't have this freezing effect.

My system does not freeze, but creating a note from the right-click menu sets the colorful pizza spinning for several seconds.

Hi Jack,

to be accurate, my L6 freezes for several seconds then it works again. When frozen, scrolling, changing tabs, & minimizing doesn't work until whatever is being done is finished. (this may be equivalent to your spinning pizza)

In L6.5 SR-1 it freezes when i use the Right-Click menu.

In Windows 10 I had experienced the same activity bars in the Context Menu, but more information is displayed beforehand (I had to scroll down in some cases). And after closing the menu there was a considerable delay before text could be selected.

Now (ten minutes later), there is no issue!

Just switched user accounts (to get to my L6) and you are correct, the freezing is gone.

Just returned from Church and began creating notes. The spinning pizzas have gone away. Perhaps it is only the result of the previous lag, but notes now seem faster than they did before the big slowdown.
