I purchased the Select Works of William Lane Craig (4 vols.) and was notified the purchase was completed on September 7th, and the item appears in my Order History. However, none of the included works has appeared in my desktop library (Logos Bible Software 6.5 SR-1 6.5.0.0044, Windows 7). To further complicate matters, the collection has appeared on my mobile devices (Samsung Note 4, Android 5.0.1 - iPad Mini, iOS 8.4).
I have manually updated within Logos, restarted Logos, and restarted the computer. Nothing has worked.
An order from August 26th did download successfully.
