Had a hard drive die on my laptop - a secondary drive - the drive logos lived on.
I tried installing - but it said Logos was up to date.
I tried uninstalling, but it failed. I downloaded Revo-uninstaller, and let it run. It found and removed a few hundred logos related registry entries.
Now when I try to install I get a blank window with Logos installer at the top, and "E:\" in the middle. Clicking OK causes the installer to undo whatever its done to this point and close. E drive of course is the drive in my waste bin. I don't plan on getting a replacement drive any time soon.
Windows 10. Whatever the latest beta version of Logos is.
As to the suggestion, in other programs a lot of times if you re-run the installer it offers the option to "repair". This can normally also be launched from the control panel by right clicking on the program. This feature may have fixed my issue without having to bug people on the forum.
Edit: looks like a new version was released yesterday? I'll try to use the installer for that one to sort this out. Won't work if it updated before the drive crashed. But I honestly don't - and probably couldn't tell - if that were the case shy of trying this.
EDIT2: Same thing, didn't work. Any ideas?
