Only Major English bibles are fully tagged?

Hi..  In watching a few training videos I noticed the "Translation" function only works with certain bibles?  And it was mentioned in the videos only the "Major English Bibles" 

Such as the Translation Ring..  I had my bible set as the Holman (HCSB) but when I went to the ring it changed to the NIV and I noticed in the settings of the Ring the HCSB was not listed.. 

Is there a way to know which bibles are fully tagged?  Or considered the Major Bibles?(Not sure if fully tagged is the right term for what I am taking about)

It should be noted that although not for purchase outside of Logos/Verbum Now, the RSV Old testament is done... I also remember hearing Logos is actively working on getting the NLT OT done now. I am not sure if the HCSB is on the list to do but I know they are looking at adding to the list of the tagged versions.
