Text Comparison giving me issues..

Several times when I have opened up the Text Comparison and started playing around with it, it seems to freeze my whole Logos session.. Anyone else had this happen? I end up having to close Logos down and restart it.

Also how to I change the bibles its comparing? I have tried typing over the ones in the box but I could not get it to work. And doing this was one of the times it freezed by system that I mentioned above..

Does the Text Comparison default to the bibles by how you have your bibles prioritized?

Ok its not hanging now and selecting "Top Bibles" is now bringing up the Bibles I have prioritized which is what I was trying to accomplish..

But There still seems to me some combo of actions I do that can cause it to hang..

Usually uses the previous selections you made.

You generally have to type

e.g. ESV, GNB, NASB95. You can use the drop menu to select/complete an entry, but don't rely on it. Type a comma between resources. Hit the right arrow ---> to complete the selection. If that arrow is not visible use the Enter key. It's a bit of trial and error....

Too many bibles can cause that. A screen shot of your TC would help. Do you open in a floating window?

Hi Dave and thank for the Info..

Its seems to be OK now,, If it does it again I will take a screen shot..

And no I was not floating the TC screen. Put I did move it to the left of my screen to make it larger.. (Since this screen you cant re-size like some)

The floating window is better for TC (IMHO). Freeze can also be caused by requesting too many verses e.g. Matt 25 --> the chapter
