Unable to access my software since upgrading to Windows 10

I had Windows 7 on my computer and downloaded your software.  I then got the ok for the Windows 10 upgrade and upgraded.  Now I cannot find the software at all on my computer and when I try to download it again I get the message below, but the software never shows up.  Please advise

Try typing in "Logos" in your search the web and windows pane at the bottom left of your screen, windows 10 should find the program for you
