update not working

the update/install gave me a message that said something like, unable to uninstall old logos contact support. It can't seem to get into this area and reinstall update.

C:\Users\CHandley\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\5gt4v0ea.sme\UpdateManager\Installers\1059\

What were you trying to update? Were you installing an update logos notified you of from within the program, or were you attempting to install a new version? What version do you have currently?

The AppData folder is a hidden folder under each user account. Assuming you have access to it, you will need to show the hidden folder? What version of windows are you running?

I was doing an logos update that you all reccomended. Now this has been going on for some time and i just got to the point that i would report it and see what you suggest. And to tell the truth i can see any problem as i use Logos 5 but i don't know what i am looking for. I am sort of still figuring it all out as well.

I am using Windows 7.
